The Ashmolean group meet on the first Thursday in the month at the Ashmolean Museum. The meeting starts with the group gathering at 10:50 for 11:00 in the Greek and Roman gallery which is immediately to the left as you enter. Each month we have a talk by a museum guide, in a gallery, which lasts for one hour. There is a non-returnable fee of £10 per person attending which is payable at least one week before the visit.

There is no limit to the number of members in this group as if the number for a particular visit is high then there is a facility to offer two groups. New members are always welcome and should email me for further details of the next visit. Members often travel to Oxford by bus.
